Expert, Fast and Courteous

Had 3 estimates for Roof AC problems, from $900 to $5,500. 2 Days of promises and lots of “pushing for new equipment”. In comes Mike (4th) said he would be at condo at 11 30am, actual 11:20am, 2 hours later and $281 my tenant had Cool Air, and all is well since.
